aunched in 2023, the St Michael’s Club (SMC) is a place where past parents and staff can maintain their connection with the school, in the case of parents after their boys have matriculated, and in the case of staff after they have left the employ of the school. The club helps broaden the school community, working closely with the vibrant and active Old Boys network. The spirit and sense of belonging in our Michaelhouse community was a significant factor behind the club’s being established. In the way that Michaelhouse leaves an indelible impression on our boys, it does the same for parents and staff. The club is a platform for continued interaction, support and engagement,

The club constitution provides clear objectives: to foster ongoing communication between the school community and parents of Old Boys, and to retain and promote interaction among club members. We seek to support the growth of Michaelhouse and its boys and staff. Additionally, we are committed to promoting the school as brand ambassadors, engaging with the wider community and encouraging members to give back through their skills and resources. Last but not least, we aim to support the provision of vital financial assistance for bursaries, scholarships and school projects.
