process for their replacements took longer than expected. As a result, the San entered the second term understaffed, just as the busy rugby season approached. In the interim, Sister Judy Dimmick stepped in to manage the San for the term. This allowed the team to maintain continuity until the arrival of two new sisters: Sister Yvette McDonald, the former Sister in Charge at Hilton, and Sister Umme-Haani Arbee, who had been working at St Charles College. Both sisters had to serve out their notices before they could join us at the start of the third term. Throughout this challenging period, special recognition must go to Sister Sane Ntuli and Sister Mbali Miya, who both worked tirelessly and often long hours to ensure the San remained

operational during weekends and rugby fixtures.

In terms of medical support, we were fortunate to continue our collaboration with Dr David Ogg and his Hilton Sports Medicine team, who provided invaluable assistance during our rugby fixtures. Their team ensured that injured players received immediate, state-of-the-art treatment in the First Aid Room and offered follow-up care either at their own practice or at Hilton Life hospital. Despite these challenges, the dedication of the San team and the continued support from the broader medical network ensured that the boys received the best possible care throughout the rugby season and beyond. 173
