However, by the end of the term, some key staffing changes had taken place that impacted the San’s operations. T

This move was prompted by the health concerns of her brother-in-law, which led her to leave at the end of the first term. Similarly, Sister Adie Peter, who had been a valuable member of the team, was offered a position at Treverton, where she had worked prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. This opportunity also presented a logistical advantage, as it would reduce the daily commuting time for her husband, a department head at the school.
