represented the House in U14A basketball. Zibu Sibandze had an outstanding year playing both U14A rugby and water polo while balancing his cultural life in the choir and earning Grade 3 for drums. Hlumisa Mpumlwana had an exceptional year across multiple disciplines, touring with U14A basketball, sing ing in the choir, winning junior league debating, and contributing to orchestra. Both Avu Mbele and Busani Mkhize maintained top-ten academic averages, while Remy Maingard and Azande Nonyane sustained averages above 80% throughout the year, with Remy also playing U14A cricket. Moletsane Likate shone in U14A basketball and placed second in the PMB debating league. Ethan Browne made his mark in debating, and Blake Crompton excelled in U14A rugby, as well as second-team golf and squash. Ethan O’Neil represented the school in U15A 7s, and Tommy Cavenagh contributed to debating success. Lwan dle Dube had one of the most decorated junior years, perform ing in the choir, the marimbas and the Chamber Choir, playing U14A basketball and rugby, making U14 Next Gen Rugby for the Sharks, serving as U14A vice-captain, and maintaining an academic average above 80%. These achievements not only showcased individual talent but established a strong platform for the future leadership of the House.

D Block continued the momentum, strengthening the House’s sporting and cultural footprint. Mitch Rodgers had an outstand ing year, representing SA U15 water polo, KZN rugby, KZN water polo, U15A water polo, and earning first-team stayers status. Darren Phala and Biko Makaula contributed beautifully to the choir, with Darren recognised as Best Junior Chorister of 2025. Benjamin Smit represented Midlands and U14A water polo, while Jose Sserwanga represented KZN U15 cricket, U15A rug by, and U15A 7s. Matthew Ebsworth earned a place in the aca demic top ten and excelled in U15A basketball. Gareth D’Oyley balanced first-team golf with U15A soccer and cricket, while Nkazimulo Nkosi and Aphiwe Thabethe added strength in U15A basketball. Leonardo van de Dronker Derbynew ended the year ranked first in the grade academically. This Block distinguished itself through depth, discipline and a developing maturity that will serve Pascoe well. C Block brought reliability, consistency and tremendous achieve ment. Mvelo Zondo earned academic and music half-colours, performed with the Competition Marimba Band, and remained in the academic top ten.
