Whilst not reaching the heights of last year, or the extreme altitude of years before, we are nevertheless proud of the results of the club. The records of most of our teams are excellent. Special mention must go to our third, U15B, U15C and U14A teams, who ended the year with the best results. Our U16A team did us proud at our own tournament at the end of January. They beat Kearsney in the quarter-final (17-14) before losing to Hilton in the semi-final (26-20). They lost the third/fourth play-off against Northwood to finish fourth overall. Our U16As also attended the annual St Stithians tournament in February, where they were unfortunate not to make the round of-16, despite winning two games in their pool. They finished 18th out of 24 teams. A
