team with Robert Short, Gabriel Isabwa, Nkanyezi Ndlovu and Matthew Samuels all playing in the U14B team. Cameron Jones led the U14A cricket side, while Riley van Schoor represented the school tennis team. Connor Coutts represented the first golf team. With the excitement of second term the new boys relished participating in their first covid-free rugby season for a very long time. Elliot and Connor both made the U14A hockey side, and Elliot went on to represent the provincial hockey side. On the rugby field, we had Cameron Jones playing U14A with Adam Collins and Matthew Samuels playing in the B side and benching for the A team. Third term, “silly season” saw the boys unleashing their prowess with a football. Nkanyezi Ndlovu managed to play in the U14A side. Along with these various sporting accomplishments, the newest members in our Pascoe family settled into the challenge of high school work well with Dane Harrison and Gabriel Isabwa both placing in the top ten academically while Nicholas French and Adam Collins maintainied an A average for the duration of the year. What an exceptional way to start to a high school career boys! Our D Blockers continued to excel on the sport field with Keegan Elliot representing both the KwaZulu-Natal waterpolo team as well making the stayers’ squad, earning the title of defensive player of the year. The “house with its own flair” has had many boys come and go, all relishing the memories and bonds that were formed from the E Block six man to the Copshop. This year we were finally back to standard Michaelhouse procedure, with boys leading jam packed Michaelhouse lives, but still finding the time to enjoy a good game of House touch on our home field of Punchbowl. Our newest members thrived early on with Adam Collins and Elliot Springate both representing the U14A water polo team with Elliot being selected to play for the province as well.
