E Block is always a bit of a tough year as you are in a completely new environment, with new people around you and new rules. You have to learn to make decisions on your own and rely on your new brothers when you have a difficult day. The new boys of Farfield have excelled at Michaelhouse and have slotted into the Farfield environment seamlessly.
