The Future-fit Pioneers

• Entrepreneurship for the future (Mr Erasmus and Ms White) • Future Technologies (Mr Oosthuysen and Mr Mickleburgh) • Systems and complexity thinking (Mr Noel) The boys were then required to tackle real-world problems in teams. The process of their project, knowledge gained, competencies and values espoused were then assessed. Staff and boys used an agile Scrum framework, which kept each team to a rigorous programme of assessed backlogs, planning, daily check-ins, retrospectives and reviews. BEKS MARKETPLACE: Ethan Chiimba, Khashane Maenetje, Skyler Nienaber and Brent Tayengwa presented an innovative solution in connecting
