In the rest of the country the number of young men playing cricket was on the decline, but at Michaelhouse the number of cricketers grew as the year progressed. This is a promising sign for cricket at Michaelhouse, and one we are very proud of, because we want as many boys as possible to play this beautiful game. There were some brilliant results from our cricket sides, particularly our U15Bs, who registered the perfect season with a 100% win ratio. This is quite simply a superb feat. But we have much else to be proud of. The overall win ratio for the school sat above 60% throughout the year. This is a marked improvement from previous years and has set the standard for cricket at Michaelhouse as a whole.. T
